1. Brief Introduction of XLPE Insulated Power Cable

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable has excellent electric, mechanical properties, powerful resistance against
chemical corrosion, heat aging and environmental stress.

Its structure is simple.

The long term operating temperature is 90°C .It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

Our enterprise can produce both flame retardant and non-flame retardant series of XLPE power cable.

Our XLPE Power cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen, low-smoke halogen free and three classes of A, B, C.

We can design and manufacture special XLPE cable according to the other standards required by the customers, such as
Heavy section cut apart conductors, water-resistance, defend termites, defend mouse, and so on.

3. Application conditions:

1. The long-time permissible operation temperature of conductor shall not be higher than 90oC.

2. Conductor maximum short circuit (not more than 5 seconds) temperature shall not be higher than 250 oC.

3. The power cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 oC.

If so, the cable should to be preheated.

4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame.

5. Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently.

Application:

Used for tall building, Hospital, Theatre, Power station, Metro Tunnel or Petrochemical Industry or other special place
required for low smoke , zero halogen clean and safe cable.
