1.  Products applications:

PVC insulated Power cables are fit for A.C rated voltages 600/1000V power transmission and distribution system.

2. Products standard:BS 6346

3. Products characteristics:

–Long-term maximum working temperature of conductor should not be higher than 70°C, laying temperature should not be lower than 0 °C.

–Once short-circuit (the Max. duration 5s), the maximum conductor temperature does not be over 160 °C.

–Laying bending radius: Single-core and armored cables laying bending radius should not be less than 20 times of cable’s outer diameter value, however, multi-cores unarmored/armored cables laying bending radius should not be less than 15 times of cable’s outer diameter value.

4. Cable properties and use instructions:

–For unarmored cable, is suitable for laying in indoors, cable channel and conduit etc., such cables can’t bear strong mechanical force.

–For STA armored cable, is suitable for underground installation , which can withstand certain mechanical pressure,but can’t withstand mechanical tension,on the contrary, for SWA armored cable, is suitable for vertical installation, which can withstand certain mechanical tension, but can’t withstand mechanical pressure.

–For PVC sheath not only has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, but also has the properties of flame retardant and non water-absorption.

— For single-core armored cables, non-magnetic material or Aluminum tape is main armored material, which only applies to D.C system.
