Product Description
(1). Application
Primarily used for 120-volt overhead service applications such as street lighting, outdoor lighting, and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltages of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75º C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90º C for crosslinked polyethylene(XLP)insulated conductors.

1. Application:

3. Outstanding Performance:
This kind of cable has a special fire-resistant coating, so it has excellent heat insulation and fire-resistant performance. It is mainly used in fire control, monitoring, and alarming device in modern city buildings and places that have strict safety requirements, such as emergency lighting, control and power circuits, power stations, fire alarm systems, underground tunnels, lifts, escalators, and high-rise buildings.
In firing, this kind of cable won’t spread combustion and release no halogen and low smoke, it is non-toxic, could protect people from being suffocated, and noncorrosive could help instruments avoid being damaged. Compared with PVC cables, XLPE cables have higher long-term working temperature and larger current rating, under the same condition, the XLPE insulation layer is thinner than that of either PE or PVC, this not only improves the quality and properties of the cable but also reduce the production cost.

2) Max. Normal continuous operating temperature: 90° C
3) Max. Permissible conductor temperature at short circuit (5s. At longest): 250° C
4) Permissible bending radius:
Single core: ≥ 20(d+D)± 5%
Three core: ≥ 15(d+D)± 5%
(D is the actual overall diameter of the cable, and d is the actual overall diameter of the conductor)
