Product Desription
(1) PHASE CONDUCTORS :
Phase conductors made of aluminium wires are circular stranded, rounded and compacted with smooth circular surface.Our products are avaible 16 mm2 as solid, 25 to 70 mm2 7 wired; from 95 mm2 to onwards as 19 wired confirming TS 11654.
(2) MESSENGER (NEUTRAL) CONDUCTOR :
Bare, round, stranded and compacted aluminium alloy (294 N/mm2).
(3) INSULATION :
Phase conductors of Aerial Bundled Cables are insulated by black coloured PE or XLPE which are weather resistant.
(4) CORE IDENTIFICATION :
Phase conductors two, three and four longitudinal ridges, street lighting conductor without ridges.

      — Overhead insulated cable is safe & reliable, and it’s with a simple structure, excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties.It’s also with the environmental resistance and sunlight resistance. 
      –The insulation of overhead insulated cable is made of professional raw material with weather resistance. The long-term working temperature is up to 70 ºC to 90 ºC. It’s with the excellent insulated property. The volume resistivity is above 1.0×10^12Ω·m.
      — During the laying, using the insulated overhead cable, the laying gap can be reduced, and saving cable, reduce the loss of voltage .
      — During the operating, the overhead insulated cable will reduce the power accidents and ensure personal safety.
      — Compared to the copper conductors aerial bundled cables are lighter and more economical. They can be used safely in wood, concrete and iron poles. The poles height’s can be shorter instead of using 5 different sized lines, by ABC systems we can use only one line which save on time, effort and material. Lower inductive reactance of the aerial bundled cables reduces voltage drop and power losses.

3.Quadruplex Service Drop-Aluminum Conductor
Construction:
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350-H19 aluminum, insulated with either polyethylene or XLP crosslinked polyethylene. Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded 6201, AAC, or ACSR, One conductor is manufactured with an extruded ridge for phase identification.
