10kv Medium Voltage Isolation Switches Earthing Switch for Indoor Switchgear

JN15-12 high-voltage earthing switch is used for indoor 3~12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power system and various types of high-voltage switchgear, and can also be used for grounding when overhauling high-voltage electrical equipment. The grounding switch has a simple and compact structure, light weight, flexible operation, easy installation and good dynamic and thermal stability.

Structure and working principle

1. Main structure: The grounding switch has a bracket, grounding knife assembly, static contact, sensor, shaft, abductor arm, pressure spring, conductive casing, and soft connection.

2. Working principle: When operating the operating mechanism to make the grounding switch close, as the torque makes the spindle overcome the resistance torque, drive the inflection arm to rotate along the closing direction, and make the manipulating rod on the grounding knife pass the dead point of the pressure spring, the pressure spring releases energy to make the grounding switch close quickly in the closing position. The grounding knife on the grounding knife assembly is firmly and reliably contacted by the disc spring and the flange part of the static contact. During the breaking operation, the action torque causes the spindle to overcome the main torque and spring force, driving the inflection arm to rotate in the breaking direction and causing the grounding knife pressure spring to pass through the dead point, and the pressure spring energy storage ends for the next closing. The grounding switch and the closing speed are independent of the human operation speed.

 

Conditions of use

1.Altitude not more than 1000m.

2. Ambient temperature not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -10ºC.

3. Relative humidity is not more than 95% on average per day and not more than 90% on average per month.

4. The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.

5. The installation site cannot have gas, steam, chemical precipitation, smoke, dust and dirt that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the grounding switch, as well as its explosive erosion substances.

6. The installation site must not have frequent and violent vibration.
