Product Description

1 Main Application
These cables are used for electricity supply in low voltage installation system, they are suitable for installation in indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, underground, in power and switching stations, local energy distributions, industrial plants, where there is no risk of mechanical damage.
2 Standards
GB/12706-2008, IEC60502-1, IEC 60228, IEC60332, BS 6346, AS/NZS 5000.1 etc.
 Hongda can also design and produce for special application requirement.

3.3 Maximum conductor temperature in normal operation:≤70ºC
3.4 Max operating temperature of con. When cable short-circuited(5s maximum duration): 160ºC
3.5 Permissible minimum bending radius:
Single unarmoured cable: (20D±5%)mm
Multi-core unarmoured cable:(15D±5%)mm
Single armoured cable: (15D±5%)mm
Multi-core armoured cable:(12D±5%)mm
Note : D=over cable diameter

Conductor: Plain circular ,compacted or shaped stranded copper or aluminium conductor ,conform to IEC60228 CLass 1 or Class 2  
Insulation: PVC Compound Insulation
Colour identification :
1 Core: Red or Black
2 Cores: Red, Black
3 Cores: Red, Yellow, Blue
4 Cores: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black
5 Cores: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green
Above 5 Cores: Black Cores with White numerals
The above identifying can be changed as order
Bedding /Inner Sheath :PVC Compound
Armour: Aluminium wire(AWA) or aluminium alloy wire(AWA), Galvanized steel wire(SWA) or steel tape(STA) ect.
Outer Sheath:PVC or PE Compound
Note: The armored material of single core cable should be non-magnetic or magnetic reduced structure. Generallly, single core armored cable (which uses steel or steel wire armored cable) only applies to DC occasions.
