Hard Drawn Stranded Aluminum Conductor

Application:

AAC is mainly used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. It is also suitable for laying across basins, rivers and valleys where special geographical teatures exist.

Standard:

The stranded conductors shall be made of best quality aluminium (material type AL1 as per EN50182 or A1as per IEC 61089 (1991-05)) and shall be smooth, and free from inequalities.
They shall have the electrical and mechanical properties specified herein.
