F6-11II-W auxiliary switch

F6 series auxiliary switches are mainly used for the control of closing, opening, interlocking, and signals in the control loop of the operating mechanism of various high-voltage circuit breakers and high-voltage isolating switches. It can also be used as a transfer switch and a combination switch.

Characteristic:

The F6 series auxiliary switch is composed of multiple sections, and the internal structure of the body is shown in the figure.There are labels on both sides of each section to indicate the number of the contact. The diagonal lines in the same section form a pair of normally open (or normally closed) loops. The determination of the normally open (or normally closed) is determined by the indication on the operating shaft. The film display, the indicator film points to a group of contact limits, indicating that this group is a pair of normally closed contacts (circuits) with reliable contact. The rest are a pair of normally open contacts.
The contact of this series of auxiliary switches uses the pi sliding compression method for the contact of the dynamic and static contacts. The pressure between the contacts is generated by a separate compression spring. The compression spring is not conductive and far away from the heating part. The hinge joint of the static contact is welded with bare copper wire. Connection makes the circulation performance more reliable.
The delayed quick-action mechanism is flexible in operation, accurate in delay, and quick to switch. The quick mechanism starts to drive the moving contact to rotate quickly after the active arm rotates 65°-75° until it reaches the end point, and can reliably stay at the end position. Therefore, it has The requirements for delay and quick action have been added.
