Zw32-12 Type Pole-Mounted Circuit Breakers Integral Sealed Poles Recloser

Designed on the basis of ZW32 vacuum circuit breaker, the integrated solid-sealed pole combines a variety of advanced power equipment construction technology, micro-power electronic sensing technology, wireless communication technology, on-line power collection technology, etc.; up to 11 integrated voltage and current sensors (power-side three-phase voltage, load-side three-phase voltage, three-phase current, zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current). Single-phase power 10W, less than 10pC local discharge, side and bottom operation windows, more convenient operation.

The main configuration of ZW32 circuit breaker includes line online monitoring software, mobile phone APP, energy extraction unit, FTU automation terminal, and deeply fused circuit breaker. The product is widely used in 10kV urban and rural distribution overhead ring network line for dividing, sectioning and contacting switches, and it can realise the automated switching device for load deployment of the ring network line.

Normal use conditions
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
2. Ambient temperature not exceeding ±40°C;
3. Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;
4. Maximum wind speed should not exceed 35m/s. 
5. There should be no explosion, no corrosive harmful gas that destroys insulation, and no violent vibration;
6. the thickness of ice cover does not exceed 10mm.
