The 3BE3 series Molded Integral Bushings are designed for pad-mounted distribution transformers.

The bushings are molded from a high-performance glass-reinforced resin system and copper studs (C11000).

Features and Advantages
Dimensional Interchangeable
The molded integral bushings are dimensionally interchangeable with the majority of similar
bushings available on the market. These interchangeable dimensions include the bolt circle
for the integral mounting flange, the tank wall hole size, the conductor stud diameter, the
internal connecting of one hole spade, and the external threaded size.

Integral flange
The mounting flange on bushings is molded as an integral part of the bushing. It abates a
separate mounting flange.
High-performance insulation body
The insulation body of the bushings is molded from a high-performance nylon resin system.
This glass-reinforced high-temperature nylon resin is a highly reliable thermoplastic that
fulfills the required application needs for strength, temperature stability, and low moisture
absorption, in the environment associated with the intended application of pad-mounted
The internal and external structure of the conductor can be designed based on the client’s requirements.
All bushings are leak-tested before they are finished.
