XP/Xwp 10-35kv 20-150kn Outdoor High-Voltage Line Disk Suspension Porcelain Insulators

High-voltage line disk-shaped suspension porcelain insulators are used for insulating and fixing wires in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines, and are generally assembled into insulator strings for lines of different voltage levels.
Ordinary insulators are suitable for general areas, and if the number of insulators is appropriately increased, the pollution flashover performance can also be improved.
Insulators are divided into two types: ball type and groove type according to the connection method. Ordinary type and anti-pollution type insulators of the same strength class adopt the same ball and socket connection size, which can be guaranteed to be interchangeable.

numbers 1, 2, 3… are design sequence numbers;
numbers after “-” are rated electromechanical damage load values, kN;
C after the kN value is a groove connection structure, and T is a ball socket cap-flat Foot connection structure, ball and socket connection structure is not shown.
GB/T 7253-2005 standard stipulates (new model):
U–Suspension insulator;
The number after U indicates the specified electromechanical or mechanical damage load value, kN;
B or C indicates ball socket or slot connection;
S or L indicates Short or long structure height, M means medium length, EL means extra long;
P means large creepage distance.
