QBZ electromagnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as starter) is applicable to the power supply system with AC 50Hz,  voltage below 1140V and rated current up to 400A in the coal mine and its surrounding medium containing methane,  coal dust and other mixed gases. It is used to directly or remotely control the starting and stopping of three-phase  squirrel cage asynchronous motor for mining,  and can reverse when the controlled motor stops. It is suitable for coal mine machinery equipment with infrequent  operation and heavy load. The starter has the functions of voltage loss, undervoltage, overload, short circuit,  phase failure, overcurrent and leakage lockout protection.

2. All protection function parameters can be selected and adjusted through the menu,  with wide application range and high protection accuracy.
3. It has the “memory” function. All protection function  parameters adjusted each time are memorized and saved,  and the parameters set last time are automatically retrieved when the next power on or system reset. Moreover,  the protector can also memorize fault information, which can record more than 100 times of fault information at most,  and can query faults through the menu. To facilitate maintenance. Through the setting button on the shell,  you can easily adjust the setting value,  query information and other functions. 4. In case of power failure of the system,  setting value adjustment and information query can be carried out through the built-in intrinsically safe battery module  of the protector and the keys on the protector body. 5. The starter is applicable to the power supply system under the  coal mine with AC 50Hz,  voltage below 1140V and rated current up to 400A.

(3) Where there is no strong shock wave vibration and the vertical inclination is not more than 15 degrees; (4) In an environment free of gases and vapours sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation;  
(5) It can be used in mines with methane, coal dust and gas hazards;
