secondary winding whose phase difference is 30°,15° and 7.5° provide a variety of forms of structuress

products whose phase is 6, 12, 24 and 48 to rectify according to various of the needs of users.

Rectifier transformer is the most widely used power supply. It is mainly used in electrochemistry,metallurgical

electrolysis,DC drive,medium-frequency power supply and electric heating crystallization of silicon carbide and

other occasions.

The transformer is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of DC motor working method, is

the special transformer which has certain requirements on the reliability.

Isolating transformer ZS11-3920/6 (or equivalent) for Power Flex 7000 drive (18-pulse rectifier), 3920 kVA, 6000/3х2100 V, oil-filled Rated power: 3920 kVA Number of phases: 3 phases Primary voltage: 6 kV Rated frequency 50 Hz Secondary voltage: 3х2100 V The primary winding is assembled according to the triangle scheme. 3 (three) secondary windings: 1 (one) is connected in a triangle, 2 (two) others are connected according to the scheme of offset triangles: – 20° (electric degrees) and +20° (electric degrees). The secondary windings are completely isolated from each other. The windings of the transformer must be made of copper wire. Voltage regulation range 6000±5% kV The package should include: manometric vacuum gauge, magnetic oil level indicator and limit alarm contacts, oil temperature gauge and maximum temperature alarm contacts, gas relay, pressure relief valve, manual voltage switch, cooling radiators, thermosyphon filter with adsorbent, expansion tank, transformer oil, oil drain valve, control compartment – NEMA 3R version, the case must have hooks for lifting the transformer, lifting eyes on the tank lid, the base is equipped with metal wheels for rolling, rating plate attached to the transformer housing, transformer passport (in Russian and English). The location of the devices in the front, expansion tank and thermosiphon filter in the back of the transformer. Arrangement of inputs 6kV – on the right (3 pcs.), 2.1kV – on the left (9 pcs.) relative to the front part.
