Products overview
1.YSF series of forced-oil(double pipes)and forced-water cooler is a cooler equipment used for oil-immersed
power transformer and special transformer.
2.The products have many merits: high cooling efficiency, seal ability, simplicity, energy conservation,
envoimental protection, safe & reliable operation and convenient in use and maintenance. The products are
comparable to the same products abroad.
3. Using double tube plate and double pipe structure to prevent oil from mixing with water, and the oil pressure
needn’t be higher than hydraulic, so that the transformer can work better.
4.Have the ability of automatic residue discharge, making sure the heat exchange tube is unblocked.
5.The products comply with the industrial standard JB/T8316.

Usage Conditions
1.Outdoor;
2.Ambient temperature is above 0C;
3.There is no corrosive media, waterweed, mud, sand or other impurities.
4.Water temperature of inlet is not more than 30C,oil temperature of inlet is not more than70C
5.Highest allowable hydraulic is not more than 1Mpa.
6.Working power for cooler is three phase:380V,50Hz; control power is AC220V ( DC220V ), 50Hz.
Working Principle
Hot oil in transformer is conveyed to space out of the finned tube in cooler shell through oil pump to exchange
heat with cooling water, temperature rise of transformer will be fallen.

Forced-water Cooler Group and Arrangement
· Forced-water cooler group is consist of several forced-water coolers, oil pump, flow monitor, leakage alarm
and link pipe, etc.
· Two or more than two sets of coolers are installed on the same base, and they should be connected to
transformer or water source.
· Forced-water coolers can be arranged beside the transformer, or be wall mounted on transformer.
