I Description of spiral-panel transformer oil water cooler

Spiral panel transformer oil water cooler is a state-of-art heat exchanger widely used in petroleum, chemical,

food, metallurgy, machinery industries, etc.

Spiral panel transformer oil water cooler adopts special structure by using two spiral rolled panels to form spiral

heat exchanging channels, full counterflow heat exchanging, huge cooling surface area.

II Characteristic of spiral-panel transformer oil water cooler

2.1 High heat transfer coefficient: can reach max. 3300Kcal/m2.h °C, 1-3 times than thatof traditional pipe type

cooler.

2.2 Few heat loss: compact structure, small occupation, small exposed surface

2.3 Reliable structure: two complete panel spiral rolled and argon welded, no mixing

2.4 Self-cleaning: Liquids flow inside spirally, self cleaning, few deposit.

3.2 Allowable working temperature: 1°C~200 °C  for carbon steel cooler; 1 °C ~300 °C  for stainless steel cooler

3.4 Material of cooler: stainless steel or carbon steel

3.5 Can be used singlely or combined, parallel or serial

3.6 Mounting method: both horizontal and vertical
