Compact substation/Transformer Substation, also called pad-mounted transformer, is a functional and energy

saving combined transformer which integrates the high voltage device, low voltage device, transformer and

other components. 

1.Strong tank protection 

The sealed tank is made from high quality stainless steel with special design which helps to protect the devices

and reduce the heat inside. 

2.Excellent cooling and drying system

Temperature control system and humidity control system are installed. When the temperature or humidity

reaches certain levels, the systems automatically work to maintain the safe condition inside the tank. 

3.Transformer Substation Functional characteristics 

Functional and reliable 

It owns loop or dual power supply and terminal power supply two ways of power supply. Therefore, it can serve

as a substation. 

4.Lower cost and higher efficiency

It costs less than the traditional distribution house and only covers the area of about 3cbm.  

5.Safe 

All the devices are isolated by thick steel board. The efficient insulation system helps to protect the people from

electric accident.

Max. Monthly average temperature: ≤ 35C

Max. Yearly average temperature: ≤ 25C

3. Relative humidity: Daily average value≤ 95%, monthly average value≤ 90%

4. Max. Daily difference in temperature: 25C

5. Sunlight intensity: 0.1W/CM2 (wind speed 0.5M/S);

6. Outdoor wind speed: ≤ 35m/s;

7. Pollution grade: Grade III;

8. Rain proof grade: Grade 3;

9. The gradient on installation spot shall be not more than 3° ;

10. Ability of anti-earthquake: Horizontal acceleration of ground surface is 0.2g

      Vertical acceleration of ground surface is 0.1g;

11. Installation spot: The spot should has no fire/explosion danger/serious pollution/chemical corrosion and

      exquisite shake.

Customer should negotiate with manufacturer if the service condition is different from above.
