TSGC2J series single-phase contact voltage regulator is an energy-saving product for the electromechanical industry to achieve the

purposes of voltage regulation, temperature control, speed regulation, dimming and power control. The single-phase contact voltage

regulator is essentially an autotransformer with adjustable output (terminal) voltage, and its iron core is a ring iron core. In the structure of the

ring-type self-coupling voltage regulator, a single layer of insulated copper wire is wound on the ring-shaped core. The surface of the coil is

ground to remove the insulating layer to form a smooth plane, and a carbon brush made of copper-graphite composite is in contact with it.

The carbon brush can rotate and slide on the surface of the wire by the handwheel to change the output voltage. For current capacity greater

than 10A, two or more carbon brushes are used in parallel. This series of single-phase contact voltage regulators have undistorted

waveforms, high efficiency, convenient and reliable use, and can be used in various instruments and meters. It is also suitable for electronics,

metallurgy, motors, manufacturing, testing, and measurement. It is a reliable AC voltage regulator power supply.

Instructions

1. It must be confirmed before use that the grid voltage and the input voltage should be the same. Do not connect the input and output ends

in reverse.

2. The voltage regulator should be connected to a protective ground wire and be reliably grounded;

3. The pointer should be at the zero position before turning on the power, and slowly turn the handwheel to adjust the required voltage;

4. The pressure regulator is kept clean and moisture-proof. Ventilation should be used during use;

5. In order to ensure the normal use of the regulator, the rotating part and the contact surface should be regularly inspected and maintained.

This work should be performed when no power is applied;

6. After using the voltage regulator, turn the handwheel to the zero position.
