Our high-performance URD – TRXLPEMLPE insulated cables are meticulously engineered to cater to primary underground distribution needs. Ideal for both wet and dry environments, they are perfectly suited for direct burial, underground ducts, and exposure to sunlight. These cables are designed for operation at 15kV up to 35kV, with conductor temperatures not exceeding 90°C during normal operation.

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor: Choose between bare aluminum or copper, stranded class B with compressed stranding for superior performance.

Conductor Shield: Features an extruded semi-conducting compound for optimal shielding.

Insulation: Available in TRXLPE (Tree Retardant XLPE) or standard XLPE for robust protection.

Insulation Shield: Utilizes an extruded semi-conducting compound for enhanced insulation.

Concentric Neutral: Equipped with uncoated copper concentric neutral wires, with an option for coated copper.

Encapsulated Jacket: Features a non-conducting LLDPE embedded jacket with distinct extruded red stripes for easy identification.

Optional: PVC or semi-conducting jackets are available upon request to meet specific requirements.
