3003 aluminum coil is the most widely used aluminum alloy. It is made up of aluminum, copper, iron, manganese, silicon and zinc. It is commonly used because it has great resistance to corrosion and is moderately strong. The 3003 aluminum coil is 20% stronger than 1100 grade alloys because it is fused with manganese.

3005 aluminum alloy (Al-Mg) is approximately 20% higher strength than alloy 3003 with superior corrosion resistance. 3000 series aluminum coil is also called anti-rust aluminum. Manganese is added to 3005, contenting 1.0% -1.5%, so it has a better anti-rust function and is widely used. But the price is much higher than the 1000 series.

3105 aluminum coil with 98% pure aluminum and slight alloy additions for strength. 0.3% of copper is added to 3105 aluminum coil, so the conductivity turns out to be 41%. For its contents and processing technologies, 3105 aluminum coil is light in weight and it has semi-smooth surface. Besides, it is not hardened by heat treatment.
