This kind of 11kv aluminium armoured cable is used for power transmission, construction, industrial, and can be berial directly or in duct.

For the 11kv medium voltage cable, the normal construction is following:
Conductor: copper or aluminium according to the IEC 60228;
Conductor screen: semi-conductor material;
Insulation: XLPE 
Insulation screen: semi-conductor material
Metal screen: copper tape/wire
core: 1 core or 3 core. if 3 cores, fillers and wrapping are needed to form the cores into a round cables.
Section area: 16mm2 — 630mm2
Inner screen: PVC or PE;
Armoured: steel/aluminium wire/tape
sheath: PVC/PE
