Application
PVC Insulated and Sheathed Power Cable are suitable to be laid for distribution line with A.C.50HZ and rated voltage up to 1kV. With the characteristics of stable capability, advanced technology, broad material resources, low price, good flexible and easy to lay and maintain.

Property
1.The long-term permissible operation temperature of the conductor shall not be higher than 70ºC.
2. Conductor maximum short circuit((less than 5 second) temperature shall not be higher than 160ºC.
3. The cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0ºC.
4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents,and flame retardance.
5. Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently.

Construction
0.6/1kV Single Core or Multi Cores, Circular Compacted Al or Cu/PVC/PVC armoured or Un-Armoured Power Cable.

Conductor shaped  RE=circular solid,CC=compacted circular stranded,SM=sector shaped stranded
Conductors  Plain circular, compacted or shaped stranded copper or aluminium conductor
Insulation  XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) rated at 90°C

1 Core   Red or Black
2 Cores  Red, Black
3 Cores  Red, Yellow, Blue
4 Cores, Red, Yellow, Blue, Black
5 Cores, Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green
Above 5 Cores  Black Cores with White numerals
The above identifying can be changed as order
Assembly /Inner Sheath  Two, Three or Four insulated conductors are laid-up together with non-hygroscopic fillers and the assembly is bedded with an extruded layer of PVC. In case of non-armoured cables, this layer may be omitted
Armour   Aluminum/Galvanized Steel Wires, single core cables shall be Aluminium wire armour, Aluminum/Steel Tapes applied helically over the bedding of multi-core cables as per IEC 60502.
Outer Sheath Outer sheath shall be of Extruded PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 or Type 9 as BS 6346/5467.Special type of PVC sheathing material such as Fire Retardant PVC, Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, Oil Resistant PVC are available on special request. Also, special sheathing materials such as LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LSZH, and CPE are available on request.

Packaging & Shipping

All cable For exporting are well packed and protected by wooden drum or Wood and Steel Drum.The packing material is depended on the weight and size of cable.The good information, manufacture information, and the client’s information is firmly printed on each size of drum.

After the well packed cable drums sent to Sea Port, they are loaded into 20 FT container or 40 FT container. All cable drum are firmly fixed by safety belt to make sure, no movement during the sea freight.

The size of the container is chosed according to weight of total loaded goods or as per the client’s requirement.
