1 Applications:
     UL S/SO/SOW/SOOW Electric Cable  is ideal for use with industrial equipment, heavy tools, battery chargers,portable lights and power extensions. SOOW cable has a neoprene insulation that is resistant to oil,acid, abrasion, sunlight.

SOOW stands for: 
S = Service Cord (600 Volts) 
OO = Oil Resistant both inside insulation and outside jacket 
W = CSA designation for weather/water resistance

SOOW meets the following Industry Standards:
   • UL Flexible Cord Subject 62
   • CSA Flexible Cord C22.2-49
   • MSHA Approved
   • RoHS Compliant
   • OSHA Acceptable

SOOW flexible rubber cords carry a 600 volt rating. They are also manufactured as a 300 volt rated Junior Service cord designated as SJOOW. Using the key, a SJEOOW cord is a 300 volt (junior service) elastomer plastic oil resistant inner and outer jacket portable cord.
