Welding Cables are flame retardant, oil resistant, resilient, resists compression cuts and abrasion, durable, and survives rough handling. Designed for use as arc welding leads from the secondary side of the power source, typical of welders and welding generators. welding machine with a secondary side connected toground and welding clamp used.

CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: 6 AWG- 500Kcmil Stranded bare copper flexible, fully annealed, Class K, Bare-copper.
Insulation: Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer EPDM
 

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
Temperature rated : -40°C to 90°C Dry, 90°C Wet Oil and Water Resistant Non-Marking Jacket, Lightweight & Very Flexible at Low Temp.

ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES:
Voltage : 600V
Industry approval: ASTM B-172, National Electrical Code 630, ROHS

  Application:

  For use in switchboard wiring,load banks,welding, battery leads, chargers,jumper,leads, etc 

 Operating characteristics:

1). Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/U: 0.6/1KV.

2). Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90°C
3). Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed: (5S maximum duration) 140°C

4). The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0°C

5). The bending radius of a cable should not be less than 9 times of the cable diameter.
