6/6, 6/10kv Single Core Copper XLPE Insulated Power Cable 95 mm2

1. Introduction
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. E. Thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cr· Oss-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 90° C. Which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.
The mechanical and electrical properties of these cables are accordant with GB/T12706-2002 Power cables extruded insulation and their accessories of elated voltages 1kV(Um=1.2kV)up to 35kV(Um=40.5kV) and IEC60502-1997 Extruded insulation power cables and appendices for rated voltages 1kV up to 30kV.
2 The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB/12706-2002 or IEC, BS, DIN and ICEA upon request.
3. The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 0.6/1 kV~26/35 kV.

4.2 The ambient temperature for installation: ≥ 0° C
4.3 Maximum conductor temperature in normal operation: ≤ 90° C
4.4 Max operating temperature of con. When cable short-circuited (5s maximum duration): 250° C
4.5 Permissible bending radius:
Single cable: [20(D+d) ± 5%] mm
Multi cable: [15(D+d) ± 5%] mm
