Construction

Conductor: Annealed Aluminum Conductor as per IEC 60228

≤ 6mm2 solid (class 1) or stranded (class 2)

> 6mm2 stranded (class 2)

Flexible conductor (class 5) optional.

Insulation: XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) rated at 90ºC

Metallic Screen optional: Copper tape or copper wires screen optional

Sheath: PVC or FR-PVC type ST2 to IEC 60502, black or red or customization

Applications

For laying indoors and outdoors. Able to bear certain traction during installation, but not external mechanical forces.
Laying single core cable in magnetic ducts is not allowed.

Installation

1. The installation temperature should not over 20ºC, If the ambient temperature is lower than 0ºC, the cable should
be preheated.
2. The bending radius of cable should not less than 8 times.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

All cable For exporting are well packed and protected by wooden drum or Wood and Steel Drum. The packing material is
depended on the weight and size of cable. After the well packed cable drums sent to Sea Port, they are loaded into 20 FT
container or 40 FT container. All cable drum are firmly fixed by safety belt to make sure, no movement during the sea freight.
The size of the container is chosed according to weight of total loaded goods or as per the client’s requirement.
