Aerial Bundle Cable – Service Drop – ABC Cable

1.Application
The cable as a new-type aerial cable is used for power transmission,.It is extensively used in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire netting. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified wire netting.

Properties of XLPE Power Cable:
1)The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees;
2)The installation temperature of cable should be not less than -20;
3)When overall diameter of cable(D) is less than 25mm,permissive bending radius of cable should be not less than 4D,When overall diameter(D) of cable is equal to and above 25mm, permissive bending radius of cable should be not less than 6D.

2.Construction
Conductors are concentrically stranded ,compressed 1350-H19aluminum,insulated with either polyethylene(PE) or crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE).The neutral messengers are concentrically stranded AAC, ACSR, or 6201 aluminum alloy.ABC cable can be made 1 core, 2cores, 3cores, 4cores and so on
