Product Description

Overhead abc cables are mainly used for 600V overhead auxiliary distribution lines. It is not an electrically insulated conductor and is generally considered a bare conductor when installed. Conductors are 1350-H19 aluminum wire, 6201-T81 aluminum alloy or ACSR conductors, concentric strands and polyethylene, high density polyethylene (HDPE) or cross-linked clad polyethylene (XLPE) for weather protection.

1. Aluminium conductor with increased breaking load, round stranded compressed (RM) 2. Core insulation (XPLE black, UV-resistant, not flame retardant); 2 up to 4 cores of equal cross section are stranded together in left-hand lay, additionally 1 or 2 cores f reduced cross section can be co-stranded. Application Can be used for fixed installation as overhead power lines up to 1000. This over-head cable provides reinforced insulation acc.

Duplex aluminium overhead cables have two conductors: one for electrodes, and the other one as a messenger (neutral conductor).This electrical wire, also called duplex overhead aluminum wire, is designed and manufactured for use in 120 V power distribution
facilities. It is aerially installed with a maximum operational temperature rating of 75°C.

Conductors:
Duplex aluminium overhead cables have a concentric strand or compressed 1350-H19 series aluminum conductor.

Messenger:

Duplex overhead aluminum wire has a bare ACSR messenger. Optional constructions include a messenger of AAC or 6201 alloy.

Insulation:

Cables with duplex overhead service drop conductors have a black cross linked polyethylene ( XLP) insulation.

Triplex Service Drop Wire.
Triplex aluminum wire has three conductors, with one of them being for neutral path, and two electrodes. The aluminum triplex
cable is an electrical cable meant for power distributions from the utility lines to the consumer’s premises through the weather
head. It has an operational voltage rating at 600 V and the maximum temperature rating of 75°C. A bare messenger wire of this
electrical cable is bonded closely on the two insulated aluminum conductors, which are individually insulated with black
cross-linked polyethylene for protection.
Conductors:
Triplex aluminum wire has a concentric strand or compressed 1350-H19 series aluminum conductor.

Messenger:
Aluminum triplex cable has a bare ACSR messenger. Optional constructions include a messenger of AAC or 6201 alloy.
Insulation:
Triplex overhead aluminum wire has a black cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulation.
