Hot-DIP Galvanized Guy Angle Thimble Eyelet

Description:
The surface of the thimble should be hot dip galvanized, and the surface should be smooth and not be missed plating, zinc  particles, bubbles, cracks and other defects, galvanized layer in normal application, should have sufficient adhesion strength.

Application:
Angle eyelets are used for down guy attachments. It assembles upper end of guy on ground before raising it to the pole top. 

Manufacturing technology:

The thimble eyelet is one of the frequently-used power line fittings,which generally used to connect conductors,earth wires and other fixed structure.For the complex shape and convenience of manufacture and decrease manufacture cost,it generally adopts Integral steel casting process to be cast molding.It will be galvanized after annealing heat treatment.
