Description:

Stay wire clip is one of the power fittings used to connect,fix and adjust guy wire between pole tower and ground anchor.The guy wire material is galvanized stranded steel wire.It includes wedge type clamp,UT type clamp and yoke plate for double guy wires,etc..

Installation:

The wire and bolt must be tightly tightened to flatten the steel wire.

1.In order to avoid the damage and disorderly winding of the rope coil,make sure to gently load and unload with the lifting equipment or skateboard When loading and unloading the wire rope coil.During ground carrying, the wire rope coil is not allowed to roll on the uneven ground,which may cause damage to the surface of the wire rope;strictly prohibit using the surface of the wire rope as the fulcrum of the lever to move the wire rope on the shaft;the steel wire rope surface can not stick to stone and clay that may impact usage when carrying steel wire without outer package.

2.The steel wire should be stored in a dry,ventilated, rainproof and moisture-proof warehouse to prevent direct sunlight or dryness. The wire rope should not be stacked in multiple layers in the warehouse.If the steel wire is in long-term storage, inspection should be made in regular to prevent rust.

3.Inspection of steel wire : regular inspection should be carried out according to the relevant provisions, and a record of the inspection results should be made,which includes the following items: wire rope wear degree,broken wire,corrosion degree,lubrication condition,deformation condition,rope connection part or end fastening part and other abnormal phenomena.
