ACSR Bare Stranded Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced Conductor

1.Application
ACSR is suitable for all voltage grade of overhead transmission and distribution lines. 

2.Standard
(1). ASTM B 232/B 232M:concentric-lay-stranded aluminum conductors, coated-steel reinforced (ACSR)
(2). AS 3607:conductors-bare overhead, aluminium and aluminium alloy-steel reinforced
(3). IEC 61089:round wire concentric lay overhead electrical conductors
(4). DIN 48.204:steel reinforced aluminium stranded conductor
(5). BS 215-2:aluminium conductors and aluminium conductors, steel-reinforced-for overhead power transmission-part 2:aluminium conductors, steel-reinforced
(6). BS EN 50182:conductors for overhead lines-round wire concentric lay stranded conductors
(7). Production can be arranged according to customers requirements’ for material standard, etc.

3.Specification
Aluminum 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded around steel core. Core wire for ACSR Conductor is available with class A, B, or C galvanizing; "aluminized" aluminum coated(AZ); or aluminum – clad – (AW). Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the complete cable.

4.Production process:
ACSR conductor producing process is drawing stranding and cabling, our factory possess 2 subsidiaries,Zhulin factory is professional bare conductor workshop with 20 production line. 

5.Package
Packing in plastic reel, paper reel, wooden drum, steel–wooden drum or as customer’s requirement.
