ADSS/Opgw Cable Suspension Clamp

Description:
The ADSS/OPGW cable suspension clamp set includes: Inner preformed armor rods, outer preformed rods, a suspension head (a pair of aluminum clamp, a pair of plastic inserts, a set of bolts, lock nuts, and lock washers etc.), eye chain link, anchor shackle.

Application:
The ADSS/OPGW cable suspension clamp is to suspend the ADSS or OPGW cable on the transmission line tower. It is mainly used for the connection of optical cable to linear tower or a tower with a corner less than 25 degrees, one set per tower.

Features:
1- The stress at the suspension point is distributed to the entire length of the preformed helical clamp, which effectively reduces the static stress on the wire and the dynamic stress caused by the breeze vibration, and avoids damage to the wire

2- The stress dispersion at the suspension point greatly improves the anti-fatigue characteristics of the conductor and prolongs the service life of the conductor.

3- Preformed helical clamp can provide reliable grip force and bear high unbalanced load, so as to avoid wire slippage.

4- The special structure can reduce electromagnetic loss and eliminate corona discharge, and has obvious energy-saving characteristics compared with traditional suspension clamps.

5- The rigidity of the wire hanging point has been enhanced, and the radius of curvature has been increased. The single fulcrum clamp can reach a steering angle of 30°, and the double fulcrum clamp can reach a steering angle of 60°.
