The body of spacer damper, keepers and bracket are aluminium alloy, dampers are elastomer, the other parts are hot-dip galvanized steel.
Application:
The spacer damper is mainly used to limit the relative motion between the conductors and to maintain the geometry of the spliting conductors under normal operation. For long distances, large-capacity UHV transmission lines use two, four or more spliting per phase conductor.
