1.Standard of ACSR conductor:
According to IEC,also can do by standard of ASTM,BS,GB,DIN and AS/NZS or other standards.

2.Construction of ACSR Conductor:
ACSR is composed by concentric-lay-stranded galvanized steel wires and aluminium wires.

3.Characters of ACSR Conductor:
a.Under the same weight,ACSR is with lower cost than Copper conductor
b.In order to foster the prevention of corrosion,the non-oxidizing grease can be fully or partially applied to ACSR
c.ACSR offers optimal strength for line design.Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved  without sacrificing ampacity.

4.Application of ACSR of conductor:
Overhead electric power transmission and distribution lines with various grade voltages. It is very suitable for laying across basins,rivers and valleys where special geographical terrain exist
