Description:
The Bi-metal Terminal Connector is used for connection of power transmission.It is a integrated no solder structure composed of aluminium plate and copper plate set in the lower half of aluminium plate closely fuse to connect.
Material:
1.Copper material:T2 copper plate,T3 copper plate
2.Aluminium material:L3 aluminium plate,1070 aluminium plate,1060 aluminium plate
Application:
It is widely used in electrical system,such as power station,substation and conducting industry.

Technology requirements:
The surface of bi-metal terminal connector should be smooth and clean, horizontal dislocation shall not exceed 2.0mm and the thickness dislocation shall not exceed 2.0mm.The weld line is complete without pores and cracks and the depth of local scratches should not be greater than 0.5mm. When the copper and aluminum transition point is bent 180°, the welding seam should not break.

The bi-metal terminal connector with high combined strength has realized the combination of copper and aluminium contact surface.The good mechanical properties can meet the requirements of bending, drilling and punching.The advantage of excellent electrical conductivity, large copper-aluminum transition area and smooth transition have solved the problems of low electric conductivity and fracture in traditional copper-aluminum transition plate and greatly reduced the cost of the transition plate comparing with the traditional process.
