Product Description

Epoxy resin insulation material offers different characteristics compared to porcelain. It is lighter, more durable, and more flexible. Epoxy resin bushings are cast as one piece and do not require assembly. We offer a wide range of non-condenser epoxy resin bushings for low voltage and medium voltage applications.

Low voltage epoxy resin bushings are designed comply with ABB’s specification, for the use on distribution transformers with ANSI standards.

The bushings consist of a epoxy insulating body, conductor stud, internal connection spade and external connection spade, and a piece of clamp. On customer’s request, we can also supply 1 piece of seal gasket.

NJREC made epoxy bushings have passed the rigorous design tests, which includes dielectric tests, mechanical strengthen tests and the environmental test .
