The PVC Insulated BV/BVR Wires belong to the series of laying wires, which are suitable for laying at the fixed places, especially for power, household appliances. They are widely used as connectors of driving, lighting, electric equipment, instrument and telecommunication equipment with rated voltage up to 450/750V( Uo /U). Part of the plastic insulated wires are used at the equipment with AC rated voltage up to 300/300V. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, mold resistance and so on. Clients can select any type of cable for partial needs.

Application: 
Applicable to the cables and wires of rated yolatage 450/750V and less than 450/750V AC for power plant,household electrical applance,insurment and telecommunication equipment.

Operating Characteristic:

1)The rated voltage of cable Uo/U is:450/750V,300/500V,300/300V

2)The conductor of electric wire cable allows working temperature <70°C for long time

3) The installment temp of cable should not less than 0°C, OD<25mm cable, allowed bending radius should ≥4D,OD≥25mm, allowed bending radius should≥6D

Packing and Delivery
There are three ways of packing: wooden-drum, steel-wooden drum or steel drum, or according to your request. The wooden drum is lighter, but it`s load bearing is limited, so generally choose the wooden drum when the cable outer diameter is small and the weight is light, choose the wood-steel drum when the cable outer diameter is big and the weight is heavy. But we can design drum sizes or choose durms according to client`s request like quanity or weight of per drum.
