Product Description:

Explosion-proof operation column (box) (hereinafter referred to as operation column),  explosion-proof operation column is also called explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof button box,  and dozens of buttons can be installed according to user needs. It can be used in the explosive gas environment of IIB  and IIC in the factory and the dangerous places with explosive dust of T1-T6 group in Zone 21-22,  for the control of electrical equipment in the circuit of AC 50Hz,  voltage AC220V/380V/DC24V. Explosion proof mark ExdeIICT6Gb/ExtD A21 IP65 T80°C.
The shell of the operation column (box) is made of high-quality steel plate and stainless steel plate with a thickness  of 1.5mm-3mm. Incoming and outgoing cables are sealed with cable glands. The panel can be installed with explosion-proof  lamps, buttons, ammeters, voltmeters, buttons with lights,  potentiometers and other body explosion-proof components. Explosion-proof components should have their own  explosion-proof certificate. Terminal blocks can be installed inside. The inlet specification is conventionally inch  pipe thread, and metric thread or NPT thread can also be processed according to user requirements,  please specify when ordering.

Product features and scope of use

Features:
1.Explosion-proof button box is suitable for AC 50Hz, 220/380V, DC voltage to 220V line,  remote centralized control of the start and stop of multiple motors.
2. It is composed of increased safety shell, flameproof components (indicator light, ammeter, voltmeter, potentiometer,  button, universal switch) and wiring terminals.
3. The shell is made of aluminum alloy casting (high-voltage electrostatic spraying after shot blasting) or glass fiber  reinforced unsaturated polyester resin molding. It has excellent properties such as beautiful shell,  corrosion resistance, antistatic impact resistance and good thermal stability.
4. The built-in components are directly clamped on the standard guide rails. The protrusions on the components and the  grooves on the guide rails ensure that the built-in components are installed in a certain position. The minimum center  distance between the components and the components is 42mm.
