U-1000 R2V AND RVFV CABLES

APPLICATIONS OVERVIEW

Our U-1000 R2V (also known as XV cable) and U-1000 RVFV (also known as XAV cable) are rigid, unarmed power and control cables used to supply electricity in a wide range of semi-electric applications. industrial and industrial, with a nominal voltage of 600/1000 V. Some of the applications are remote lighting control and remote control installation systems, as well as other electrical devices.

This range is manufactured according to French standards (U-1000 R2V: NF C 32-322 / U-100 RVFV: NF C 32-321 ).

The U-1000 R2V cable can be attached to cable trays, inside conduits or to walls. The U-1000 RVFV is built with two additional layers of steel strap armor, so it can also be used outdoors and in direct burial installations or where additional protection against mechanical stress is required. The U-1000 RVFV is not recommended for burial in areas that are flooded for more than two months a year or in trenches as drainages.

Smaller sizes are also available on request with a copper braided conductor (Class 2). Cables are available with 2-core, 3-core, 3-core plus ground, 4-core, 5-core, and 7-core copper conductors.
R2V cable has a temperature rating of -10 ^{° C to} +50° C during installation before extending to -25 ^{° C to} +90° C when fixed. The RVFV has a range from -10 ^{° C to} +60 ^{° C.}
Class 2 twisted conductors are available on request in all cable sizes.
