1.Introduction of CCS wire

Copper clad steel is copper wrapped in steel wire,it is a Composite wires,which the peripheral of steel wire is wrapped up by copper layer, it USES the skin effect with low voltage and high frequency signals to walk in the surface of high frequency area, so as long as copper layer thickness reaches a certain range, a signal can be ensure transmission.the copper thickness is used for transmit the weak electric signal and the steel is a support of the copper.

According to the different copper wire claded method, mainly divides into electroplating, coating, hot casting/dip and electroforming.

According to the different application of copper clad steel, main can be divided into:

1. The conductor of the communication cable

2. The shielding weaving wire of the Communication cable 

3. the lead foot line of Electronic components

4. The ground strand wire and Electrified railway lines

5. Other adornment or corrosion resistant wire

according to the different strength, and reference extensions, copper clad steel is divided into: soft state A, half hard state M, b.for hard HS, super hard state EHS

according to the function different, and copper clad steel is divided into: deep drawing bus bar, finished product wire, the embryo wire, on the basis of CCS ,it can still do different deep processing, including tin, silver, lacquer, and synnema into cable, nail making, or bright, anneal ,knitting and so on.
