Product Details

1.Application
The primary insulation layer is Polyvinyliden fluoride(PVDF) and the outer sleeve (the secondary insulation) layer is High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(HMWPE), PVDF or HMWPE cables are extensively used in the cathodic protection system of highly corrosive enviroment.
The cathodic protection cable mainly used for impressed currect cathodic protection system. It has excellent electrical properties, mechanical behavior, Heat aging property, resistance to environment
stress and chemical corrosion resistance ability, very low water absoption and simple structure, easy to use, and not be limited to the setting high-drop installation.
2.Characteristics
1)Long-term permissible working temperature of cable conductor:
PVC insulated cable: 70ºC
HMWPE insulated cable:90ºC
PVDF/KYNAR insulated cable:135ºC
2) The layout temperature of cable shall not be lower than -20ºC
3) Minimum bending radius: Diameter up to 25mm, 4 x OD; Diameter over 25mm, 6 x OD
