Structure:

1. Conductor: annealed bare copper wires, or compact aluminum 8000 series wires, class B.
2. Insulation: Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE), sunlight-resistant

Colour Coding: Black, red, white green. other colours available upon request.   

Application:
Single conductor 2kV sunlight-resistant photovoltaic wire rated 90°C wet or dry for interconnection wiring of grounded and ungrounded photovoltaic power systems described in NEC Article 690. Ability to run a single conductor underground and in cable tray. Stable electrical properties over a broad temperature range.   

Standard: Hebei Huatong‘s 2kV Copper Photovoltaic Wire meets the requirements of the following:
• UL Subject 4703 for type PV
• UL 44 for type RHW-2
• UL 854 for TYPE USE-2

Working temperature: -40ºC to +90ºC

Package&Loading:

There are some different packing methods for different cables, packing length and clients’ requirement.

The following 3 methods are the most popular:

1. For small wires, like housing wire, THW, THHN, etc, by coils or plastic drums;

2. For the power cables less than 1Ton per drum: wooden drums or steel-wooden drums;

3. For >4Ton: steel drum.

All the package including the pallets are fumigated, suitable for exporting.

                2. Big packages: loaded directly
