2. Insulation:  Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) ,type RW90

 Color: black, red, white for 3 conductors;

       Black,red,blue, white for 4 conductors;

3. Wrapping tape;

4. Bonding: Compacted stranded AA-8000 Series Aluminum Alloy (ACM);

5. Armour: Aluminum tape Interlock Armour;

6. Jacket: Low Acid Gas Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), black color normally, flame retardant FT4.

         It is resistant to flames, moisture, and sunlight.

Application:

ACWU90 armoured cable is designed for use in the following applications:

Used for any exposed and concealed wiring in dry or wet locations and where exposed to the weather;

Used in ventilated, non-ventilated and ladder type cable trays in wet and dry locations;

Direct earth burial;

For service entrance above or below ground;

For use in hazardous locations with approved connectors.
