252kV Disconnector

Introduction:

GW23(GT9)252D/2500-50 type double pole outdoor AC HV disconnector evolves from older generation,

improving the conductive circuit over-heat, operation mechanism failure, metal parts corrosion and other

defects. It has characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple structure, anti-corrosion, good earthquake

resistance, reliable mechanical and electric properties, etc. It is a new generation of disconnectors. It is suitable

for AC frequency 50HZ, rated voltage 220KV system. It electrically isolates HV lines, CB and other equipments

under no load.

Characteristic:

1. Application of friction type contacting structure in main knife moving conductive contact surface

2. Auto-locking device of breaking and closing positions effectively prevents the separation of dynamic/static

contacts due to wind or electric motive force

3. The application of non-oil bearing and copper alloy sleeve on rotating point making it have auto-lubrication

function and conquers the corrosion and seizure of the rotating point

4. Application of advanced surface processing technique and anti-rust aluminum, stainless steel greatly

enhances surface anti-rust property

5. Three-pole linkage and electric/manual operation of main switch

6. Fitted with earthing switch that has the same short-circuit current withstand capability as disconnector

7. Effective prevention of mal-operation by electric/mechanical dual interlock between disconnector and

earthing switch
