- Strand shield: Thermoset Semi-Conducting Shield extruded over the conductor
- Insulation: Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Type RW90 or EPR

- Inner Jacket: Flame retardant, moisture and sunlight resistant Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)-Black
