Application

Control Cable is suitable for the connection of control equipment and monitors instrument, and is also used as power and connecting cables in mechanical engineering for tooling machinery, control unit, production lines, transportation equipment, conveyor and assembly lines as well as in plant construction under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.

2.2 Conductor: Copper wire /tinned-copper wire, Class1, Class2, Class5
2.3 Insulation: PVC /PE /XLPE
2.4 Cabling: multicore stranded
2.5 Shield(if required): Copper tape or CWS or Al-plastic tape with drain wire
2.6 Inner sheath (applicable if there is an armour layer): PVC/PE
2.7 Armour layer: Galvanized steel wire / Steel tape
2.8 Outersheath: PVC/PE/LSHF
2.9 Other characteristics: Oil resistant, Flame retardant, Anti-corrosion, UV,etc

2. Standards
The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.

3. Operating Features
The rated voltage is up to 450/750V.
The long-time working temperature of the conductor of the PVC insulated control cable is 70ºC.
The long-time working temperature of the conductor of the XLPE insulated control cable is 90ºC
4.Scope of Application
The control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipments and instrument,monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.
