HB Parallel Eye Clevis For Electric Power Fittings

The appliance of line hardware in aerial line and substation as following: to connect the insulator string units and suspend to tower, to connect suspension or strain clamp to insulator string.

Line Hardware is mainly used for the connection of conductor and ground wire with insulator and connecting ground wire with the tower. According to different installation conditions, line harware is divided into special and universal ones. The special line hardware is the ball clevis and socket clevis linking the insulators. The universal one is for different applications. They have different grades according to the load and are exchangeable for the same grade.
P & PS type parallel clevises (connective type) can change the length of assembly parts through connecting single-layer clevis with single-layer clevis or connecting single-layer clevis with double-layer clevis. It is made up of medium-thick steel plate combined with the technical of punching & shearing. As one of connecting fittings, its function is same as PD type clevis, Z type clevis, ZBD type clevis, U type clevis, adjusting plate, yoke plate and so on. In modern grid erection, a great number of clevises need to be used.
