GRJ series high-voltage motor solid-state soft starter is a soft-starting device used to start (6000V~10000V) high-voltage AC asynchronous or synchronous motors. It is mainly suitable for medium and high-voltage AC motors below 10KV. It adopts advanced DSP control technology, power electronic technology and other main composition. It connects three-phase parallel thyristor components and electronic control equipment between the stator winding of the high-voltage motor and the power supply. When the motor starts, the conduction angle of the thyristor is controlled according to a certain rule (such as constant current or voltage ramp), and the input voltage of the stator winding of the motor is continuously changed until the full voltage. After the start is completed, the bypass contactor is pulled in . In addition, the GRJ series high-voltage motor solid-state soft starter also has a “soft stop” function. During soft stop, the motor stator winding voltage will be smoothly reduced, thus a voiding sudden stagnation of the drive. Or conveyor belts are useful. Soft start device configuration:

Normal working conditions:
(1) The upper limit of the ambient temperature is not more than 50°C (the average temperature in 24 hours is not more than 35°C), and the lower limit is not lower than -15°C;
(2) The relative humidity does not exceed 95%; the altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the capacity should be reduced when it exceeds 1000m;
(3) It should be placed indoors, without severe vibration and shock, and without fire and explosion hazards;
(4) Conductive dust and corrosive gas are not allowed.
