Product Description

1.Application Of Rubber sheathed Cable
Rubber sheathed cable insulation layer and sheath are often made of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, etc. In addition to satisfying insulation properties and physical and mechanical properties, it also requires aging resistance and abrasion resistance. Some products require oil resistance and flame retardancy. Rubber insulated cable with rated voltage up to 450/750V is in accordance with the standard GB5013-1997(IEC245-1994). The long-time permissible working temperature of conductor is 60°C. It is widely used for external small electrical equipment, agricultural electrification, building elevators, and gantries. General light rubber sheathed cable have the characteristics of softness, lightness and good bending performance, and are mainly suitable for household appliances and small electric equipment.

The voltage level of medium and heavy-duty mobile general-purpose rubber sheathed cable can generally reach 380v, and it is mainly used in industrial electrical equipment and agricultural electrification.

Heavy-duty rubber sheathed cables are used in port machinery, searchlights, and large-scale hydraulic irrigation and drainage stations for family businesses. These products have good versatility, complete specifications and models, and good and stable performance.

The products are mainly complying with iec 60502 standard, also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as bs standard, din standard, ASTM standard, etc. rated voltage:300/300v, 300/500v, 450/750v and up to 35Kv. cross-section area can be up to 400 sqmm (copper or aluminiun conductor).

Insulated resistance constant of finished products ki(at 20°C):the coefficient are not less than 734MΩ;Except electrical driller cables,must be conformed to GB/T3956-1997 the stipulation of 5th kind flexible copper conductors.
