High Voltage 10kv Winding Heat Shrinkable Tape Thickening Cable Repair Copper Bar Composite Insulation Tape

Scope of application:

It is mainly used in electric power, communication, automobile, ship, aircraft manufacturing and other industries to prevent mechanical damage of cable sheath, such as: organic solvent corrosion damaged surface repair; Heat shrinkable cable intermediate connector; Waterproof sealing treatment of the sheath port; Live bare wire over the tree protection; Anti-icicle short-circuit treatment through the track; Pipeline anticorrosion and sealing; Insulation protection treatment of switchgear and power station bus bar and other places that need insulation and sealing. Conventional products for 1KV, 10KV, special requirements to make 35KV products.

1. Clean cables, conductors or live objects that need to be wrapped or insulated.

2. Repeat two layers at the front of the coating

3. Press 1/2 lap clockwise from left to right for winding heat shrinkage. During shrinkage, warm the composite insulation belt with a mild fire edge and line with hot melt adhesive.

4. Tie the last end in the opposite direction and secure it with wire and cable tie.

5. After the winding is completed, heat the composite insulation belt again with a small fire, and press the bubbles out with your hand while heating until the hot melt glue spills out at the edge and lap of the composite insulation belt.
