Inspection method of power capacitor quality problem

• If it is observed from the outside of the capacitor during operation, when the insulating medium or electrode inside the capacitor is damaged, the outer casing of the capacitor will expand, so we need to stop working in time and replace the capacitor.
• If the capacitor high-voltage porcelain bottle is found to burst or spray and overflow the internal insulating medium, then the capacitor should be stopped immediately. Because the capacitor has been damaged, a new capacitor should be replaced.
• The capacitor does not generate any noise during operation. If there is noise, it can only indicate that the capacitor is internally faulty. The only solution is to stop working and replace the capacitor.
